Step out onto the front patio, and you'll be greeted by a picturesque scene. Your patio overlooks the heated outdoor pool. Lounge by the pool, take a refreshing dip, or simply enjoy the delightful ambiance of the Beach Bear restaurant and tiki hut. The convenience of having these amenities just steps away from your unit is an added bonus that enhances the overall resort-style experience. *** INSIDE YOUR UNIT *** Your unit has everything you need to enjoy some well-deserved, relaxing time away from home. From pots and pans to plates and bowls, glasses, silverware, a toaster, cooking utensils, cutting boards, and more, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to cater to your every need. There's even ample storage space for your groceries, ensuring that you have all the ingredients you require. Indulge in a variety of hot beverages from the coffee and tea bar. Enjoy the convenience of a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, a Keurig machine for a quick cup of joe on the go, and a cold brew pitcher for those refreshing chilled brews. The bar is fully stocked with starter coffee K-cups, coffee for the drip coffee machine, flavored coffee syrups, assorted tea bags, and even some delectable biscotti for that perfect accompaniment. *** BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS *** Walking down the hall, you'll find two inviting bedrooms. On your right is the Master Suite, complete with a queen bed, dresser, TV, and USB charging stations on both nightstands. Attached is a full bathroom for your convenience. Straight ahead is the second bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a trundle, one single bed, a TV, and a USB charging station on the nightstand. The full-hall bathroom is conveniently located to your left. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort. *** THE BEACH *** Embark on a delightful 5-7 minute stroll across the resort's private boardwalk, guiding you through the captivating marshlands and over small creeks. Immerse yourself in the scenic beauty and observe the abundant wildlife that frequents the marsh during this tranquil walk. At the other end awaits Coco's Bar & Grill, where you can quench your thirst with a cold beverage and savor delicious food. This beachfront restaurant is a rare gem, offering the perfect spot to relax and indulge in the beautiful beach atmosphere. Right in front of the restaurant, you'll discover the Sand Volleyball court, inviting you to engage in friendly matches and embrace the energetic beach atmosphere. Just a few more steps, and you'll reach the shoreline. We've got you covered with all the beach essentials, including beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a convenient wagon to transport everything effortlessly. For those who prefer a more leisurely option or need a ride after a long day of beach fun, the shuttle service is available, shuttling guests from end to end. The shuttle schedule is conveniently posted at both ends of the boardwalk. *** SEASONAL INFORMATION *** * Coco's is closed and is schedule to open for the season on March 13, 2025. * The Beach Bear opens on March 1, 2025 from 10 am - 9 pm. Lunch begins at 11am. * The Building 1 pool is open year round and will be heated starting March 1, 2025. * The Boardwalk is closed from 11 pm to 5:30 am daily. * The outdoor pool at Building 4 is currently closed.

While relaxing, enjoying all the amenities, and having an amazing time are encouraged, there are of course a few rules that need to be adhered to for the enjoyment of all and per the HOA regulations. The Resort does have the following simple restrictions that must be followed: ✓ There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or around the buildings except in the designated smoking areas outside. ✓ No pets are allowed ✓ No RV’s, commercial vehicles, or campers. ✓ Only cars are permitted to park in the under-building parking spaces. SUVs and Trucks are not permitted in the under-building parking spaces due to low clearance, though there is ample parking elsewhere for these vehicles. ✓ No skateboards hoverboards, rollerblades, skates, or drones. ✓ Bicycles are allowed, but they are also not allowed inside the unit or above ground level. There is ample room to store the bikes underneath the buildings.
