Step outside and the Beach Walkway is mere steps from your door — soon you're immersed in the soothing sound of the ocean. Picture a leisurely morning walk along the shoreline, or a sunset unwinding session at the end of the day. Your front patio overlooks the heated outdoor pool, with the Beach Bear restaurant and tiki hut just steps away. Lounge poolside, take a dip, or grab a drink — the resort-style convenience is part of what makes this stay feel effortless. 🛏️ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Primary Suite: Queen bed, dresser, TV, USB charging on both nightstands, en-suite full bath Second Bedroom: Bunk bed with trundle + single twin bed, TV, USB charging, extra blankets/pillows Hall Bathroom: Full bath, located just outside Bedroom 2 🛋️ LIVING & DINING Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The living room's flat-screen TV swivels for the couch or dining table — great for movie nights or board games with the family. At the other end, Coco's Bar & Grill awaits with cold drinks and good food right on the beach, plus a sand volleyball court just steps from the shoreline. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, a cooler, towels, and a wagon to haul it all. Prefer to ride? A shuttle runs the boardwalk route too. ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW / SEASONAL INFO • Coco's Bar & Grill: open seasonally • Beach Bear: open daily, 10am–9pm (lunch starts 11am) • Building 1 pool: open year-round, heated starting March 1 • Boardwalk hours: 5:30am–11pm daily • Laundry available on-site (not in-unit) 📋 HOUSE RULES A few simple rules to keep things enjoyable for everyone, per HOA regulations: 🚭 No smoking inside the unit or around the buildings (designated outdoor smoking areas only) 🐾 No pets 🚐 No RVs, campers, or commercial vehicles 🚗 Cars only in under-building parking — SUVs & trucks don't fit due to low clearance (ample parking available elsewhere) 🛹 No skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, skates, or drones 🚲 Bikes welcome, but must be stored under the building (not inside the unit or on upper floors)
